Learn more about how they got to where they are, and the impact they’re having.

Aarti Borkar

VP, Customer Success, Microsoft Security, Microsoft

Aarti has more than 20 years in engineering and product leadership roles, focused on cybersecurity and AI. She is currently  Vice President of Customer Success for Microsoft’s $20B+ security business, responsible for customer success and professional services strategy and execution as part of the Microsoft Security Senior Leadership team. She’s also responsible for WW revenue targets, CXO relationships with strategic customers and partners, and leading and growing a 1000+ team across the globe. Aarti has led over a dozen acquisitions, from under hundred million to multi-billion, in various capacities -  from identifying targets, to vetting the business, justifying the investment and integrating the companies post-acquisition.

Anne Raimondi

Head of Business & COO, Asana

Anne is the Head of Business & COO at Asana, as well as a Board Member of Gusto, Patreon, and Guru. She has helped grow numerous companies and even founded her own. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Raimondi took a position as associate consultant at Bain & Company. She then worked as the senior operations analyst at Gymboree, product manager at Icarian, director of product at Blue Nile, director of international product marketing at eBay, head of product at Zazzle, and VP of marketing at SurveyMonkey. Anne left SurveyMonkey in 2012 to start her own business, One Jackson, an e-commerce startup that aimed to disrupt the kids clothing industry. With One Jackson, she supported independent designers, encouraging them to create lines of clothes for kids through a range of design challenges and consumer voting contests. After just 8 months in business, One Jackson was acquired by TaskRabbit, where she stayed for a year after the acquisition as CRO, before joining Zendesk as SVP of Operations. 

Anuradha Gali

Director Of Engineering - AI/ML, Apple

Anu is a creative, award-winning, and accomplished leader in technology and product development in both consumer and enterprise product/services. At Apple, she leads a team of 200+ SWE, ML, and data engineers responsible for Siri across 40+ locales and across all components of Voice Assistant. She has more than 20 years of experience with a strong balance of engineering, leadership, product and business savviness. Anu has built high-performing engineering teams from the ground up and steered large-scale projects in ML, Data, Web, E-commerce, and Mobile technologies for companies such as Apple, Uber, Groupon, Shutterfly, and Adobe. She is also a strong believer in giving back to her community and actively mentors startups and participates in several nonprofit organizations focused on empowering women and girls education. 

Bijal Shah

CEO, Guild

Bijal was recently appointed CEO of OpCo PortCo Guild, the leader in opportunity creation for America’s workforce. Joining Guild in 2018 as the company’s first Chief Product Officer, Bijal led a wide variety of teams, including product, engineering, and analytics. More recently, Shah served as the company’s Chief Experience Officer, responsible ​​for bringing together Guild’s product, service operations, and technology to support Guild members in achieving their education and career goals. As Chief Experience Officer, Shah drove Guild’s scale to deliver a world-class experience for the millions of employees nationwide with access to Guild’s Career Opportunity Platform™. Prior to Guild, Shah held executive and leadership roles at Ibotta and in corporate strategy at Visa. She has been recognized as a Denver Business Journal 40 Under 40 award recipient for her contributions to the technology industry in Denver and the broader community, including her work on the Board of Directors of Girls, Inc.

Carol Carpenter

Chief Marketing Officer, Unity

Carol is the CMO of Unity, the world’s leading platform for creating and operating real-time 3D (RT3D) content. She's a self-proclaimed geek with a passion for technology and solving customer problems and has been in tech marketing for most of her career, starting as a product manager at Apple. She loves creating new categories, scaling teams, and optimizing go-to-market activities. Over her career, Carol has built high-performance teams in both small and large companies in varying roles as CMO, GM, CEO. Most recently, she served as CMO of VMware where she led the transformation of the business from license to subscription and SaaS. Prior to VMware, Carol served as the VP Marketing of Google Cloud, scaling the business from approximately $5B to over $12B. She is particularly proud of the high-performance teams she's developed and the fact that many of her prior marketing mavens are all doing impactful work. She continues to mentor women and students via the HBS women entrepreneurship program, the Stanford alumni network, and Monte Jade. 

Deepinder Singh Dhingra

Founder & CEO, RevSure AI

Deepinder is the Founder and CEO of OpCo PortCo RevSure AI, a startup that leverages predictive AI and deep domain expertise to improve predictable revenue growth for B2B SaaS companies. With over two decades of experience in building and scaling data and AI-based SaaS businesses, he’s passionate about solving complex and impactful problems for the SaaS industry and creating value for customers, partners, and investors. Before RevSure AI, he held various leadership roles across business, go-to-market, product, technology, and finance functions at category-defining companies in the fields of enterprise AI, big data analytics, and advanced business planning. Deepinder has successfully led innovation, product development, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and M&A initiatives, raising over $200 million in equity funding and exiting multiple startups. He’s also a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he shares insights and perspectives on the latest trends and challenges in the AI and SaaS industry.

Diya Jolly

Chief Product Officer, Xero

Diya is the Chief Product Officer at Xero, where she is responsible for developing and launching consumer and business products in high growth small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to Xero, Diya served as the Chief Product Officer at Okta where she led the product innovation that has helped fuel the 4X growth in revenue over 4 years. Before Okta, she served as Vice President of Product at Google responsible for YouTube Monetization where she grew from 6X in 4 years. She currently sits on the board of ServiceTitan. Diya holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan.

Enoch Shih

COO, Fathom

Enoch is the COO of Fathom, the leader in medical coding automation. He has deep experience and expertise in scaling the operations of fast-growing technology companies. In addition to broad commercial responsibilities, Enoch leads Fathom's Customer Success, Implementations, Coding Quality, and People teams. Before joining Fathom, Enoch worked at Gusto for seven years, most recently as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he led the customer success, onboarding, support, and operations teams to world-class net revenue retention and NPS while significantly scaling the team. Prior, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on go-to-market, R&D, and operations for technology and healthcare companies.

Laura Du

CEO & Founder, The New Club

Laura is CEO and Founder of OpCo PortCo The New Club, a curated community for women in engineering looking for connection and growth opportunities that just recently announced it has reached over 1,000 members. Laura brings years of expertise in product, scaling hyper-growth startups, and venture capital to the table, blending her passions in education, technology, and entrepreneurship. She is a graduate of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and Princeton, and spent 5 years leading Product and Ops teams at Opendoor in addition to her time at Sierra Ventures and Afore Capital. Laura’s vision for The New Club is to strengthen the networks of technical women and give them the resources to excel at all stages of their careers.

Pratima Arora

Chief Product & Technology Officer, Chainalysis

Pratima is a product leader with extensive experience in successfully delivering innovative products to millions of customers, and loves to solve the toughest customer problems with simple and intuitive solutions. She currently leads the entire R&D organization for Chainalysis - including engineering, product, research, design and data science. Prior to that, she was the GM/VP of Product and P&L owner for Confluence cloud, #2 revenue generating product at Atlassian. Pratima also has a track record of driving some of the most strategic initiatives at Salesforce like Einstein (Machine and Deep Learning platform), Lightning (Experience & Platform) and Mobile.

Tara Viswanathan

Co-Founder & CEO, Rupa Health

Tara is the CEO and co-founder of OpCo PortCo Rupa Health, a health startup modernizing the process of ordering specialty labs. Rupa Health’s primary mission is to bring root cause medicine to every person on the planet. Before Rupa, Tara was at Parsley Health in the early days, working on product and operations after getting a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School and master’s in management science at Stanford University. She’s also a certified nutrition and wellness consultant.
