She joined OpCo in 2023 after leading business operations at a growth-stage startup, with prior experience as an investor and founder herself.

Claire is a longtime advisor and founding LP to OpCo, and as a member of the Board of Advisors frequently supports PortCos on operational excellence. She is a corporate officer and advisor to Stripe, and was COO for 7 years where she helped the company grow from less than 200 to 8000+.

Erica is recognized as one of the most sought-after and effective enterprise revenue leaders. She's currently President of Field Operations at Confluent, the real-time data streaming platform. Erica was the first Operator LP check into OpCo and serves as a key member of the Board of Advisors.

Anna leads Operator Collective’s operations vertical, including investment ops, data analytics, team ops, investor relations, fundraising ops, and fund administration. She is a cross-functional business leader, data strategist, and operations veteran who is passionate about combining technology with process and design to ensure outstanding collaboration across technical, business, and creative teams.

Caroline oversees content, social, PR/communications, and brand marketing at Operator Collective, and supports PortCo founders and teams on major moments and marketing inflection points. She has 15+ years of experience in marketing and comms strategy and execution, and has advised dozens of founders and CEOs across all sectors.

Tekedra is the Co-CEO and former COO of Waymo, an autonomous driving technology company. She is widely known for her operating prowess and strategic thinking, and as a member of our Board of Advisors she helps portfolio companies plan for growth while remaining nimble.

Elena is a highly respected CFO, currently at Toast and formerly at Zendesk. She has decades of senior finance experience and helps our portfolio companies as a member of our Board of Advisors think strategically and grow efficiently.

Guergana leads Operator Collective’s Finance function, focused on fund management, financial reporting, compliance, audit, tax, and management company accounting. She is a seasoned CFO with 20+ years of experience at top-tier venture capital firms and a passion for technology, innovation and excellence.

Dini is an OpCo Operating Partner and former Chief Revenue Officer at Lattice, where she grew revenue from $5M to $100M+ and scaled the sales organization from 7 to 170 employees with almost no attrition. At OpCo, she coaches and advises our PortCo founders on critical issues, including building and scaling GTM engines.

Dana is an OpCo Operating Partner and former SVP of Strategic Finance and Corporate Development at ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI). She joined ZI after advising the company on its IPO while at Morgan Stanley. At OpCo, she advises companies on M&A and associated positioning, financial and strategic planning, budgeting, capital raising, and overall strategy.

Leyla serves as the Chair of the Board of Advisors, an integral leadership role helping to shape OpCo's fund strategy and support its portfolio. She was most recently COO of OpCo PortCo Ironclad, a digital contracting platform. Leyla spent nearly 12 years in multiple EVP roles at Salesforce, where she built and scaled iconic products like the AppExchange.

Stacy is the former CEO of TaskRabbit, where she led the transformation of a fast-growing startup into a global business and its successful acquisition by the IKEA Group. In addition to OpCo’s Board of Advisors, she serves on the investment committee for the SoftBank Opportunity Fund.

Pam is an OpCo Operating Partner and former SaaS CEO and CMO. She is a recognized leader in building enterprise companies, strategy, category definition, and recruiting and building strong teams, and helps our PortCo CEOs navigate inflection points, including finding product-market fit, developing GTM motions, and driving efficiency.

Ambrosia is an OpCo Operating Partner and Chief People Officer at Ironclad. She has been the people leader at a number of high-growth startups like Hootsuite and Duo Security and scaled teams from their early days to 800+. She has a strong record of partnering with Founders and CEOs on key workplace and people strategies.

Magdalena is the founding board member and first investor of Salesforce. She’s been an early investor in over 30 companies and is the founder of Broadway Angels. She has been a part of OpCo since before its inception and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committee where she advises our fund strategy.

Dan is a legendary angel investor who has seen two iconic companies, Zoom and Arista, from day 0 to IPO and beyond as the first check in and current board member. He has been a part of OpCo since the very beginning and continues to advise our fund strategy and support our portfolio companies as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee.
