Why It Matters

Why It Matters

Common Room built their core technology to capture signals with AI and connect with the person behind the signal, initially selling to community and developer relations teams. With the foundation already built and a head start on other startups trying to build an AI-native, actionable GTM insights/workflow product, it leveraged its strong tech to build a comprehensive platform to serve GTM teams with what they need most – finding and engaging with potential and actual customers.

What’s New

Common Room has been named Koala’s preferred partner in helping its customers navigate its product’s sunset; it’s honoring existing Koala pricing for comparable packages and providing white-glove transition support for customers making the move to Common Room.

AI WORKSPACE FOR SALES

What They Do

Scratchpad is building the AI workspace for revenue teams at companies like Brex, MaintainX, Headway, Dialpad, Clio, Plaid, and Vercel, who are using Scratchpad to 1) remove admin work from sellers, and 2) drive winning execution on every opportunity, aligned with the company sales process.

Why It Matters

What’s New

Regal recently announced a partnership with TaskUs (60,000 seat BPO) to roll out Voice AI Agents to all their customers, and was featured in the WSJ: “It’s really in the last 12 to 18 months that we’ve seen AI voice agents performing as well or better than humans.”
