Go-to-market is undergoing a complete transformation. The rise of AI has redefined how companies engage customers, qualify leads, personalize experiences, and scale revenue. Nearly every GTM function is being retooled in real time. Our recent survey of GTM leaders across our Operator LP community showed how AI is reshaping how their teams operate — from sales workflows and marketing execution to customer success and analytics. Here’s a spotlight on operators who are not only leading through this change, they’re helping define it. And we’re excited that several of them are joining us next month for our GTM product showcase, where they’ll offer early-stage founders building for sales, marketing, and success teams real-time, practical feedback on their products.

Michelle Adams: President, Field Operations - Algolia

Michelle Adams is President of Field Operations at Algolia, where she leads sales, customer success, and support functions. She most recently served as SVP of Sales for the Americas at Dropbox, where she led direct sales, marketing, channel and customer success to grow its business by 10X in under four years. Prior to Dropbox, Adams was Global Head of Sales for IBM Watson, taking it from inception to nearly half a billion dollars in sales.

Heather Akuiyibo: VP, GTM Integration - Databricks

Heather Akuiyibo is VP of GTM Integration at Databricks, where she leads cross-functional alignment across product, sales, and partnerships. With prior roles at Google, Zendesk, and Sun Microsystems, she brings a 360° view of customer impact and revenue growth. Heather has been key in evolving Databricks from a tool for data scientists to a multi-persona enterprise platform, and is deeply committed to building diverse teams and mentoring the next generation of sales leaders.

Carol Carpenter: CMO - Cohesity

Carol Carpenter is Chief Marketing Officer at Cohesity. She previously served as CMO at Unity, VMware and Google Cloud, and loves creating new categories, scaling teams, and optimizing go-to-market activities. Over her career, Carol has built high-performance teams in both small and large companies in varying roles as CMO, GM, CEO. 

Meagen Eisenberg: CMO -Samsara

Meagen Eisenberg is CMO at Samsara, where she leads all marketing and demand generation functions for the public industrial IoT company. Prior to Samsara, she served as CMO at Lacework, TripActions (now Navan), and MongoDB, helping scale multiple companies through IPOs. Meagen also serves on the boards of G2 and WorkStep and is a sought-after advisor to high-growth startups for her expertise in enterprise marketing.

Harini Gokul: Chief Customer Officer -Entrust

Harini Gokul is Chief Customer Officer at Entrust, leading a 400+ person global team and a $300M+ P&L. She previously held customer success and GTM leadership roles at Microsoft and AWS, building models that helped define the modern enterprise customer experience. At Entrust, Harini is driving a data- and revenue-driven customer function focused on retention, expansion, and advocacy. She also serves in elected public office in Washington state!

Jules Gsell: VP, Enterprise Sales - Databricks

Jules Gsell is VP of Enterprise Sales at Databricks. She joined in 2018 to build the sales team for the Growth and Startups segment, working closely with seed to Series C companies on their data and AI strategies. The Startups and Growth team has since scaled to over 40 AEs and is the leading source of new logos within Databricks. Prior to Databricks, Jules was at Box for 9 years, joining at 35 employees and exiting as an Enterprise Sales leader. 

Kate Jensen: Head of Revenue -Anthropic

Kate Jensen is Head of Revenue at Anthropic, overseeing global sales, partnerships, and GTM operations at one of the leading AI research companies. Before Anthropic, she spent seven years at Stripe, where she built and scaled the AMER Platform Sales team. Kate started her career in SMB sales at Google Enterprise (now Google Cloud) and brings a unique blend of engineering training and commercial rigor to modern AI go-to-market strategy.

Cait Keohane: Chief Customer Officer - Airtable

Cait Keohane is Chief Customer Officer at Airtable, where she leads post-sales customer success and revenue expansion strategy. Previously, she held leadership roles at Zendesk across sales, operations, and customer experience. She helped the company grow from early scale to IPO and from <$100M to more than $1B in revenue. Cait is known for creating customer-first organizations that blend commercial outcomes with long-term relationship building.

Lauren Rhode: VP, Sales - Webflow

Lauren Rhode is VP of Sales at Webflow, where she leads the sales and sales development teams, building a world-class, diverse, high-performing organization to bring development superpowers to everyone. Lauren came to Webflow from Anaplan where she led go-to-market teams. Prior to that, she built the product organization at an early-stage startup and led analyst teams at the U.S. Department of Defense. Lauren is also a rugby fan, player, and coach!
